Deletion process is not yet complete / 删除流程待完成

The checked production backend has not deployed the deletion-request intake being prepared for the product. Intake is disabled by default in that implementation. After a reviewed deployment enables it, the product screen can check availability; signing in and entering DELETE_MY_ACCOUNT records a request receipt. Reading this information page does not submit a request. The implementation keeps one receipt per account; retrying returns the same receipt. REQUESTED means the request was recorded, not that data was deleted. No automated erasure executor is currently implemented. Native account-based releases remain blocked until requests can actually be fulfilled and verified through the in-app and web pathways.

What the completed process must cover

TODO — provide account verification and deletion initiation; revoke sessions and linked sign-in credentials; handle account/profile identifiers, uploaded recordings, speech and writing attempts, learning history, community content, analytics links and backups. Explain any data retained for a specific justified purpose and its retention period. Verify processors and replicas as well as the primary database.

What does not delete an account

Signing out, uninstalling, clearing local storage, resetting a password or marking a community post deleted does not remove the account and its associated server data. Submitting a deletion request does not end your session, stop synchronization or remove files. No deletion countdown or completion confirmation is offered before a verified process exists.

Request records and contact status

Where intake is enabled, the service stores the account link, request ID, REQUESTED status, notice version and request timestamps. The receipt is accessible only to the signed-in account.
