Practice and automated feedback
The service offers practice material, mock sessions and automated learning feedback. Feedback can be incomplete or inaccurate. It is not an official Pearson score, professional advice or a guarantee of test results, admission or immigration eligibility. PTE and Pearson marks belong to their respective owners; the product is independently operated.
Planned account eligibility
The planned first native release permits accounts from age 16. Users aged 16–17 will be asked to confirm permission from a parent or guardian. The prepared registration control records an age band and acknowledgements rather than a full date of birth or a parent's identity. This is a self-declaration, not verified parental consent. The control remains disabled while the policy is a draft; existing accounts have not been assigned an age by assumption. Acknowledging the privacy notice does not authorize every form of data use. TODO — finalize the effective policy, age-appropriate safeguards and any locally required guardian consent before release.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials private. Do not abuse the service, access other users’ accounts, interfere with systems, impersonate others or submit unlawful, harassing or infringing content. Only upload recordings, writing or other content you have the right to provide. Community content is subject to moderation and reporting; do not share confidential personal information in public posts.
Costs and virtual learning credits
The audited product implements internal learning credits and entitlements. These are not evidence of a credit-card checkout or an App Store/Google Play billing integration. If real-money digital products are introduced, billing, cancellation/refund terms and store disclosures must be implemented and reviewed before enabling them.
Privacy and ending use
You may stop using the service. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete server data. See the privacy notice and account deletion page for current handling and the unfinished deletion process.
Items still requiring review
TODO — confirm youth safeguards, content licenses, service changes, dispute/contact process, applicable law and any limitations consistent with mandatory consumer rights. This draft does not waive statutory rights or assert that a complete legal review has occurred.
